Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Comfies is not responsible for delays due to any unforeseeable events, such as natural disasters or carrier-related issues. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend ordering in advance to ensure delivery is on time.

Additionally, we are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.

Order Timeline

Placing Your Order:
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. From here we put your order into production.

Order Delivery:
Shipping will take approximately 1-5 business days once production is completed.

1. Once we've shipped your items, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

2. Upon delivery you will be emailed your delivery notice.


Returns:

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you like to return an item, we are happy to issue a refund for items returned with tags attached and unused. Returns are to be requested within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for an item that does not meet these criteria. Items are eligible for exchange upon inventory availability.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Kindly note that it can take three to five working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
